Glen Garcia graduated from Naropa University with a degree in Contemplative Psychology, which is a synthesis of Eastern and Western psychological principles and practices. His areas of concentration were in Psychological Science and Somatic Psychology. He is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, having completed the most rigorous certification program in the industry through the Coaches Training Institute. In addition to these professional trainings, Glen practices and is certified to teach Interdisciplinary Yoga through the Nosara Yoga Institute. He is also a practitioner of meditation, reiki and aikido, incorporating the wisdom of these Eastern traditions, as well as Western psychology and the somatic arts into his work as a coach and facilitator. His style of coaching and facilitation is highly collaborative, drawing on the wisdom and expertise of his clients and guided by their unique needs, aspirations and vision. He works with all aspects of a client’s life and is committed to helping them clarify, take action toward, and achieve their goals.
He currently lives in Boulder, CO, where he enjoys time in the outdoors, dancing, listening to and playing music, and rediscovering the world through the eyes of his 2 1/2 year old son. He endeavors to lead the value-based, conscious and fulfilling life that he wishes for all his clients.
